Holden Little League Softball

Holden Little League Softball promotes a love for the game of softball. There is a team for every girl within our organization. Whether she is playing for recreation and exercise or to be a part of a competitive team, we welcome her to come see what we have to offer. Holden Little League Softball is fortunate to have wonderful families who support the league in several ways. From volunteering to coach, to organizing league events. We hope to see you and your family at the field!

Holden LL Softball Divisions

Holden LL Softball for 2024 covers girls born in years 2007 (LL-16) thru 2019 (LL-4)

• LL4-5 Sandlot
  • tee ball
  • 1-2 games per weekend
  • 10 total games
• LL 6-8 Pony 
  • coach pitch with progression to implementing kid pitch thru course of the year
  • weekends only, 1-2 games per weekend
  • 12 games total
  • first year 6 year olds would have option to do sandlot tball first
  • first year 8 year olds must complete this level before moving onto minors unless tryouts prove otherwise
• LL 8-10 Minors
  • kid pitch
  • Tuesday and Thursday games, 1-2 games per week 
  • 12 games total
  • first year 10 year olds must complete minors level before playing majors unless tryouts prove otherwise
• LL 10-12 Majors
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday games, 2 games per week 
  • 12-14 games total
  • first year 10 year olds must complete minors before playing majors unless tryout proves otherwise
• LL 13-16 Seniors
  • Games TBD, will be combined with local league(s)

Holden LL Softball Fields

• Holden Little League Softball has three field locations: two fields are located at Davis Hill Elementary and one field is located at Mountview Middle School.
  
  • The Minors and Majors Divisions both practice in Holden, and games are held in either Holden, Worcester, or Rutland.
  • The Sandlot and Pony Divisions hold all games and practices in Holden.
